Cost Analyst

Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for a Secret Cleared Cost Analyst to join a highly classified government program. This is a full-time position and onsite in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Essential Duties of the Cost Analyst: Developing cost models and other tools.Modifying products or developing holistic models in a cost program.Rapidly derive customized pricing and cost solutions as requested by program stakeholders.Partner with systems engineers, logisticians, and program managers to interpret technical specifications and risks in estimating methodologies.Collect, verify, and normalize large sets of historical data, and apply inflation indices, learning curves, and advanced risk or uncertainty distributions.Translate complex/quantitative data and financial models into clear, actionable briefings and reports for senior leadership. Qualifications of the Cost Analyst: 5+ years of experience in cost analysis, strategic pricing, or earned value.Experience developing robust products such as Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs), Independent Cost Estimates (ICEs), and rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimates, using an array of estimating methodologiesMust be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance (or higher).
