Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor for their fresh food needs.
• Provide accurate and competitive quotes, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Conduct market research and raw material analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies based on market conditions, customer demand, and company objectives.
• Leverage Power BI and Excel to create reports and insights that drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, procurement, and operations, to deliver seamless customer service.
• Identify new opportunities for growth within existing customer accounts.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Power BI and Excel for data analysis.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess market trends, pricing strategies, and customer needs to drive business success.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (Required)
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to analyze complex data, anticipate challenges, and propose strategic solutions.
