About the role
Join a stable, expanding distribution organization that has recently completed multiple acquisitions and continues to grow. Gain direct exposure to senior leadership and contribute to key strategic business decisions. Help develop and enhance a growing FP&A function with significant visibility across the company. Play a key role in reporting automation, dashboard development, and process improvement efforts.
Responsibilities
- Support budgeting and forecasting
- Analyze revenue, profitability, operating expenses, and working capital
- Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and decision-support tools for leadership teams
- Prepare executive-level reporting, performance summaries, and KPI analysis
- Identify business risks, opportunities, and process improvement initiatives through financial analysis
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of FP&A experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or retail industry
- Experience with inventory, financial modeling, and creating KPI dashboards
