Cosmetologist Lash Stylist
The Lash Lounge Chesterfield and The Lash Lounge O'Fallon are local family-owned and operated professional lash salons. We are part of a network of over 135 locations in the United States offering services including Lash Extensions, Lash Perms, Lash Tints, Brow Tints, Threading, and Brow work. We create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes.
About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Professional Stylist who loves giving women confidence through lash extensions and other services. Our stylists enjoy working with like-minded professionals, selling memberships, and ensuring guests want to return. They understand the importance of safe eyelash extension application and thrive in a fun, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and sterile work environment
- Create an excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
- Educate guests on proper lash care and recommend exclusive Lash Lounge aftercare products
- Understand and promote products and memberships
- Perform high-quality and consistent professional eyelash extension services
- Generate new clientele through our referral program
- Work under the direct supervision of a Manager, Trainer, or supervisor
Requirements
- Active or soon-to-be-possessed Missouri Cosmetology or Esthetics license
- Customer service-focused with a passion for guest satisfaction
- Flexible with schedules and appointments
- Mature and strong work ethic
- Comfortable educating clients on memberships, products, and services
- Ability to work weekends and evenings
- Works well with others
