About the role

The Hills Barbershop is opening a new upscale, high‑end men’s grooming lounge in Castle Hills (NW Loop 410 & Blanco Rd). We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our team, delivering precision haircuts, shaves, and styling in a premium, privacy‑focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of hair care services, including fades, tapers, shaves, and scissor work.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience through attentive listening and personalized service.
• Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
• Engage in retail sales of hair‑care products and upsell services to clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist in a salon or barbershop environment.
• Familiarity with salon software for appointment booking and client management.
• Strong barbering skills, including beard trims and shaves.
• Exceptional customer service abilities to ensure client satisfaction.
• Current, valid Barbering or Cosmetology license.
• Experience in retail sales of hair‑care products is a plus.
• Ability to upsell services effectively to enhance the client experience.

Pay

Hourly/commission‑based pay ranging from $15.00 to $35.00 per hour.
