As a Cosmetologist on our Hospitality & Wellness team, your skill in nail care, facials, and body treatments is essential. You provide a vital service that elevates a guest's vacation, turning a simple stay into a memorable retreat and reinforcing the luxury of the BGV brand.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client consultations to customize nail, facial, and body treatments.
• Perform professional manicures, pedicures, gel applications, facial services, waxing, and body treatments using approved techniques and protocols.
• Promote spa services and retail products to enhance guest wellness and up-sell treatments when appropriate.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation, workstation, and room preparation standards.
• Uphold our “End of the Line” service resolution philosophy.
• Contribute to spa operations including linen management, inventory, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.

Qualifications

• Required: Current Colorado Cosmetology or Manicuring License (DORA).
• Certificate of Completion in Manicuring from an accredited Cosmetology School.
• Proficiency in natural and gel manicures/pedicures, with the ability to perform facials and waxing as needed.
• Strong client consultation and communication skills.
• Availability for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons.
• Physical ability to perform 4-6 treatments daily, including repetitive arm/wrist/hand motions, sitting for over 2/3 of the shift, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to tolerate essential oil aromas, spa chemicals, and fumes from products.
• Preferred: 6+ months experience in a luxury spa/resort environment.
• Additional certifications (e.g., advanced facials, specialty nail art, lash extensions).
• Retail/product recommendation experience.
• Weekend/holiday availability during peak seasons.

Pay

Base Compensation: $16.00 / hour for all scheduled hours.
