- Hourly wage: $15 – $28 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the applicable local minimum wage)

- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (schedule, facility, season, or work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)
