About the role
Walmart Supercenter #3364 is seeking a Cosmetics Cashier to join the team. This role involves working with customers in the cosmetics department, handling transactions, and providing service in a retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate cash register and process customer purchases accurately
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers in the cosmetics department
- Maintain knowledge of cosmetics products and promotions
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Must be able to work assigned shifts including mid-shift and closing hours
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail in handling cash and transactions
Pay
- Hourly wage: $16 - $29 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed applicable minimum wage)
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives available
- Premium pay of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)
