Responsibilities
- Provide customer service at the cosmetics register
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist customers with product questions and locations
- Support store operations as needed in the cosmetics department
Requirements
- Available for Mid-Shift or Closing shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Pay
Hourly wage: $15 - $28 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
