Responsibilities

Join a busy dermatology and plastic surgery practice. Internal referrals will help you build your patient base. Ideal candidate will have an interest in cosmetic procedures, including breast reconstruction. Additional leadership opportunities within the aesthetic arm of the practice if desired.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible plastic surgeon
• Valid Colorado medical license
• Completion of an ACGME‑certified residency

Interest in cosmetic procedures, with a focus on breast reconstruction. Willingness to take on leadership roles within the aesthetic arm of the practice.

Pay

Total Cash Compensation of $500,000+. Compensation package combines a guaranteed base salary scaled to clinic hours plus an individual productivity bonus based on a percentage of net collections. Signing Bonus: up to $20,000 in signing and relocation assistance paid upon contract signing.

Schedule

Flexible schedule: 3.5 to 5 days per week (32 to 40 clinic hours per week). Predictability: Dedicated day hours only.
