About the Program
The G.O.L. Program (Guarantee of Workers' Employability) is a project by the Veneto Region aimed at job seekers, funded through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR). Active from 2022 to 2025, it implements reforms in active labor policies and employment centers, primarily providing funding for training and employment revival activities.
Target Groups
- Young people under 30 who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET)
- Women facing difficulties entering the job market
- Individuals receiving social security benefits or citizenship income
- Unemployed individuals over 55
- Long-term unemployed individuals
- People with disabilities
- Individuals with very low incomes or working for companies in crisis
Available Pathways
The G.O.L. Program offers five pathways:
- Pathway 1: Occupational Reintegration – For beneficiaries closer to the job market who may only need digital skills enhancement. Includes specialist orientation, job accompaniment, and digital skills training.
- Pathway 2: Upskilling – For beneficiaries needing short-term training to bridge skill gaps. Includes specialist orientation, upskilling training, job accompaniment, and digital skills training.
- Pathway 3: Reskilling – For beneficiaries far from the job market requiring medium- to long-term training. Includes specialist orientation, reskilling training, internships, job accompaniment, and digital skills training.
- Pathway 4: Work and Inclusion – For the most vulnerable workers, including social security recipients, women, long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, young people under 30, and workers over 55. Offers multidisciplinary, personalized support for job reintegration.
- Pathway 5: Collective Relocation – For groups of workers affected by company crises, those facing reduced working hours by over 30%, and NASPI recipients. Aims to update skills, support rapid reemployment, and promote self-employment through personalized pathways.
How to Enroll
To enroll in the G.O.L. Program, contact the nearest Employment Center (CPI). The process includes:
- An appointment (in-person or remote) with a CPI operator to assess professional history and employment needs.
- Assignment to one of the five pathways based on national guidelines.
- Selection of an accredited organization (e.g., Isfid Prisma) to carry out orientation, training, and job search support activities.
Isfid Prisma’s Offerings
Isfid Prisma, a training organization with over 20 years of experience in orientation, job accompaniment, and support for people with disabilities and vulnerable individuals, offers the following pathways:
- Pathway 1: Orientation and digital skills training.
- Pathway 2: Orientation, digital skills training, and an Upskilling Course for Sales Assistants.
- Pathway 4: Orientation, digital skills training, and a Sales Assistant Course for vulnerable individuals. Includes specialist orientation, skills updating, internships, job accompaniment, self-employment support, and digital skills training.
Activities are provided by accredited training and employment service organizations, such as Isfid Prisma. All activities are available online or at their office in Marghera, Via Ulloa 5.
Pathway 1: Orientation and Digital Training

- Assessment of digital skills training needs for personal and social autonomy.

- Scouting job opportunities; CV and cover letter support.
- Preparation for job interviews.
- Self-promotion support; tutoring.
- Scouting job opportunities.
- Promotion of profiles, skills, and professionalism to businesses.
- Preselection; access to identified measures.
- Support for accessing pathways and activating related measures.
- Assistance during the initial job insertion phase.
- Support for defining apprenticeship training projects.
- Assistance in selecting the most suitable contract type (e.g., apprenticeship vs. fixed-term).
Pathway 2: Orientation, Digital Training, and Upskilling for Sales Assistants
