Location: Cortland Oleander West - 1514 Sheridan Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30324
Directions: Enter the community from Sheridan Road. Park in visitor parking on the left. Once parked, continue toward the clubhouse, which is located at the dead end of the parking lot on the right-hand side. The career fair will be inside the clubhouse.

Requirements
- Maintenance Technician: 2 to 5 years of experience, and an Active EPA
- Service Technician: 1 year of experience, EPA not required
- Service Manager: 3 to 5 years of experience, an Active EPA, and Active CPO

- Driver's license
- If applicable, a copy of your EPA and CPO certifications
