Corrugator Supervisor - 2nd Shift

About the role

The Corrugator Supervisor is responsible for supervising, directing, and leading a shift of hourly employees in the production of corrugated board. Key responsibilities include training, planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating employee performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; promoting safety, quality production, and teamwork; and resolving conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise one shift of hourly employees.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
• Train and mentor employees to ensure high-quality production.
• Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
• Communicate operational information to all levels of the organization.
• Promote and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and other organizational initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Corrugated industry experience.
• Two years of manufacturing experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Pay

$74,080 - $92,600 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
