Responsibilities
- Aid local operations in completing internal corrosion tasks to ensure consistent and efficient execution.
- Track trends through data gathering and review, workload prioritization, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring to identify gaps and propose strategies to close those gaps.
- Improve efficiency within the Operational Integrity team by identifying opportunities to develop consistency across North America.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret integrity execution data to establish trends, identify gaps, and develop actionable insights.
- Review data to ensure compliance is met when conducting activities related to the internal corrosion program as well as pipeline and facility integrity.
- Identify any areas of non-compliance and take corrective action as necessary.
- Aid in the completion and management of the facility flow assessment procedures, associated data, and mitigation plans.
- Participate in low volume reviews across North America and monitor completion of identified mitigation activities.
- Aid in the standardization of integrity activities across North America for the internal corrosion program.
- Provide SME-related support to operations regarding internal corrosion and integrity execution.
- Provide detailed communication to stakeholders and deliver timely project updates and reports.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of integrity related experience (pipeline integrity, facility integrity, or corrosion).
- AMPP Certifications preferred, Level 1 required within a year of hired date.
- In-depth understanding of integrity management, failure mechanisms, and mitigative measures.
- Strong ability to interpret data, recognize trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Strong computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite and industry applications.
- Ability to communicate technical information to a wide audience.
- A customer focused attitude and demonstrated ability to function within a team.
- Willingness to travel to field locations (10%).
- Advanced problem-solving capabilities and proven ability to tackle complicated challenges.
- Cleared criminal history (background) and satisfactory reference checks.
- Compliance with the Company’s drug and alcohol policy including pre-employment D&A testing.
