Louis Vuitton Client Services is seeking a motivated, passionate Correspondence Team Manager who possesses a client-centric mindset to join our team at our Irving, TX campus!
Job responsibilities
- Proactively foster the achievement of the Correspondence Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Consistently coach, motivate, develop, and train a team of Correspondence Advisors team to ensure the successful execution of daily operations
- Ensure the highest level of client experience is delivered
- Further develop the loyalty of the client and promote the image, the Brand, and the products of Louis Vuitton
Profile
- Demonstrate a positive enthusiastic demeanor and have excellent communication skills
- Be able to multitask and use various systems simultaneously
- Thrive working within a fast-paced and evolving international business environment as well as work autonomously
- Able to handle high volume and multi-task workloads
