Corrections Inmate Worker - USG - USCS - WEST VIRGINIA

Currently incarcerated at a Correctional Facility. Must maintain the ability to work in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items according to recipe cards and prep lists according to OP-X standards.
• Implement accurate food handling procedures.
• May be a lead in the storeroom/warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels.
• May help ensure accurate pulls.
• Maintain clean and orderly refrigerators and work areas.
• Ensure stations are accurately cleaned, sanitized, and organized at the end of the shift (including cleaning of kitchen equipment).
• Implement the Correctional Facility security policies related to handling and securing kitchen tools and equipment.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment, which conforms to all standards and regulations.
• Adhere to safety policies and accident reporting procedures.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and checking in of product.
• Complete all required training, including graduation from the Aramark IN2WORK program.
• Maintain professional uniform attire.
• Job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice to meet commitments.
