Correctional RN - Evening Shift

About the role

This position involves providing direct patient care in a secure setting, conducting nursing assessments, administering medications and treatments, responding to medical concerns and emergencies, collaborating with healthcare providers and facility staff, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to an underserved population
• Work within established protocols and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain detailed, timely medical records

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• Strong clinical skills and ability to respond to urgent situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in corrections or similar structured environments is preferred

Schedule

Full-time role with a predictable evening schedule, weekends off, and additional PRN shifts available.
