- Maintain security and manage offenders
- Manage offender programming and behavior
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass psychological tests
- Pass background investigation
- Pass post-offer health screen
- Pass urinalysis screen for drugs
- Complete all new employee training during probationary period
- Obtain Commercial Driver's License and endorsements as required
Qualifications
- Graduation from high school, GED, or equivalency
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain security
- Knowledge of offender management
