Correctional LPN Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and administer medications
• Conduct nursing assessments and intake screenings
• Assist with emergency responses and triage situations
• Monitor chronic care patients and manage treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and medical records
• Collaborate with RNs, healthcare providers, and correctional staff
• Help create a safe, professional, and compassionate environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong critical thinking and ability to work under pressure
• Experience in medical, emergency, or behavioral health preferred
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Ability to work independently with clinical judgment
