We are seeking a seasoned travel professional to work with our entertainment clients. The ideal candidate will have prior entertainment travel experience, ideally with clients from the film, television, or music industries. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role requiring flexibility, a detail-oriented mindset, and a "do whatever it takes" mentality.
Responsibilities
- Complete travel arrangements for clients, including air and hotel reservations.
- Perform exchanges and refunds with confidence.
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns with urgency.
- Independently review client reservations for accuracy and quality; proactively correct errors.
- Conduct all business in line with standard procedures.
- Take 100% ownership of duties to exceed client expectations.
- Provide ‘on-call’ after-hours services as required by the account if approved by ALTOUR.
- Ensure clients are aware of all necessary travel documents and health requirements for countries to be visited.
- Maintain ownership of each client record until departure to confirm all details (seat assignments, meal preferences, upgrades, etc.) meet the client's satisfaction.
- Research and provide solutions to any travel-related problems; partner with supervisors and peers to correct errors and prevent recurrence.
- Maintain awareness of airline rules, regulations, tariffs, and fare requirements, applying this knowledge accurately to all travel arrangements.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and enjoy working with demanding clientele.
- Perform additional duties or projects as requested.
Requirements
- Experience handling film, TV, and/or music travel is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in travel handling domestic and international travel.
- SABRE skills are preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to think outside the box.
- Experience with high-end, high-demand travelers.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced, demanding environment with minimal supervision.
- Regular and dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in the travel industry, including proficiency in using GDS systems.
Schedule
Scheduled hours are between 8 AM – 9 PM ET, with options for 10 AM - 7 PM or 12 PM - 9 PM ET.

The salary range for this role is designed to comply with pay transparency laws and varies based on factors such as years of experience, geographical location, and budget. The posted range represents U.S. candidates; international candidates will be compensated based on local market rates. This role may also be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or discretionary bonus program based on company financial goals and individual performance.
