Responsibilities

  • Completes domestic and international travel arrangements for clients which may include air, hotel, ground transportation, rail and limousine services.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing first-level support for customer service and technical issues.
  • Ensures compliance with client travel policies while utilizing preferred vendors to maximize profits.
  • Adheres to company standards for customer service, including telephone and email etiquette, and follows prescribed escalation procedures.
  • Maintains productivity, accuracy, and attendance in line with company expectations.
  • Attends staff and training meetings to stay updated on travel industry trends and office procedures.
  • Maintains a cooperative working environment with all company employees.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in using travel management software and corporate travel systems.
  • Knowledge of corporate travel policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
