Responsibilities
- Completes domestic and international travel arrangements for clients which may include air, hotel, ground transportation, rail and limousine services.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing first-level support for customer service and technical issues.
- Ensures compliance with client travel policies while utilizing preferred vendors to maximize profits.
- Adheres to company standards for customer service, including telephone and email etiquette, and follows prescribed escalation procedures.
- Maintains productivity, accuracy, and attendance in line with company expectations.
- Attends staff and training meetings to stay updated on travel industry trends and office procedures.
- Maintains a cooperative working environment with all company employees.
Requirements
- Proficiency in using travel management software and corporate travel systems.
- Knowledge of corporate travel policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
