Corporate Trainer, Call Center

About the role

Our Patient Services team is at the forefront of delivering affordable prices and the best possible experience for our customers. As part of this team, you will train and support our growing customer service and pharmacy teams to scale efficient services while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive instructor-led training programs, including onboarding, technical skills training, and soft skills development both in-person and virtually
• Ensure all Operations teams are trained and have the resources to excel and delight our patients, prescribers, and partners
• Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes
• Ensure curriculum is properly aligned and assigned in the learning management system (LMS) and conduct quality assurance checks on content
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing feedback to leadership and making necessary adjustments
• Circulate content updates in a digestible and impactful manner, in collaboration with management and team
• Partner closely with training peers, instructional designers, and stakeholders across Operations to ensure alignment and foster collaboration
• Remain knowledgeable and updated with our product offerings to serve as a constant resource
• Stay updated with the latest training techniques, tools, and best practices to create a high-quality learner experience

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer, Training Facilitator, or similar role in a contact center, hub pharmacy, or similar environment
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a contact center or hub pharmacy environment as an agent or technician (preferred)
• Proactive work ethic with a drive for continuous learning
• Strong facilitation and classroom management skills, both virtual and in-person
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Ability to build low-complexity training activities, develop protocols, and edit content
• Basic understanding of Learning & Development concepts and theories (e.g., Adult Learning, ADDIE model, ROI)
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new tools
• Strong feedback and coaching skills (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry (preferred)
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time

Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. Scheduling flexibility is required as your schedule may change over time according to business needs.
