Corporate Tax Senior Associate

The Senior Associate in the Corporate Tax Generalist (ITP) team leads technology-enabled tax advisory services, drives digitization and automation, analyzes complex tax issues, mentors junior team members, maintains high standards, builds client relationships, and develops a deep understanding of the business context.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 2 years of experience
- Minimum requirements for CPA licensure per respective state regulations
Qualifications
- Knowledge in tax issues facing multinational US companies or publicly traded entities
- Corporate and partnership tax planning and compliance
- Tax accounting and financial reporting
- Technical skills working with tax tools and resources
- Participating in client discussions and meetings actively
- Communicating a broad range of Firm services
- Managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents
- Maintaining a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team
- Providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner
- Researching business and industry trends to develop a point of view
- Innovating through new and existing technologies, experimenting with digitization solutions
- Working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools
- Reviewing contracts and finding opportunities to introduce new pricing options

Benefits
The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $214,000. Actual compensation is dependent on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
