The Tax Compliance group is responsible for preparing and filing the consolidated federal income tax return for HCA Healthcare, Inc. and all state income and franchise tax returns. Interns will be assigned specific companies that are contained in our large, consolidated return, and will prepare the full Form 1120 (the federal Corporate Income Tax Return) for these entities, and all associated state income/franchise tax returns. Interns will participate in full training sessions that are held for full-time staff and are assigned work that is equivalent to staff accountant level.
