Key Responsibilities
- Build robust pipelines for diverse corporate tracks, with an emphasis on high-demand technical pipelines (AI, software engineering) alongside finance, marketing, and operations.
- Develop and pilot experimental, highly personalized outreach methods to capture elite, passive candidate pools.
- Maximize platforms like Gem CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean logic, and GitHub/Portfolio sites to unearth hidden talent.
- Partner closely with corporate recruiters and business leaders to deeply understand specialized role requirements.
- Conduct introductory screens to assess candidate alignment, technical/professional viability, and core cultural fit.
- Actively track funnel metrics to evaluate channel efficacy, monitor conversion rates, and deliver regular pipeline reports to TA leadership.

- A talent-mapping expert who is genuinely motivated by data, has strong emotional intelligence, and knows how to structure a compelling pitch to passive-market talent.
- Experience: 3–5 years of talent sourcing experience within a corporate infrastructure, agency, or high-growth tech environment.
- Domain Knowledge: A proven track record of successfully sourcing corporate talent at all levels.
- Tech Stack: Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem (or similar CRM tools), and Greenhouse ATS (or similar).
- Data Fluency: Accustomed to working in a metrics-driven environment with daily/weekly pipeline milestones.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Benefits
This role is based in New York City and follows a hybrid schedule, requiring you to be in office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. This position is not bonus eligible.

$85,000 - $115,000 USD
