Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on, in-service training, reinforcing sushi techniques, omakase execution, and presentation standards.
- Train and onboard team members to ensure consistency in knife skills, preparation, and execution.
- Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards across all locations.
- Ensure consistency in portioning, plating, and omakase presentation across service.
- Serve as onsite support during service, acting as a liaison with management when needed.
- Support inventory management, ordering, and product handling.
Qualifications
- Strong background in sushi and omakase preparation with advanced technical skill and precision.
- Proven ability to train and develop team members in high-end, handson environments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills in elevated, high-volume service settings.
- Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
- Flexible availability for travel as required.
