Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on, in-service training, reinforcing sushi techniques, omakase execution, and presentation standards.
  • Train and onboard team members to ensure consistency in knife skills, preparation, and execution.
  • Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards across all locations.
  • Ensure consistency in portioning, plating, and omakase presentation across service.
  • Serve as onsite support during service, acting as a liaison with management when needed.
  • Support inventory management, ordering, and product handling.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in sushi and omakase preparation with advanced technical skill and precision.
  • Proven ability to train and develop team members in high-end, handson environments.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills in elevated, high-volume service settings.
  • Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
  • Flexible availability for travel as required.
