Corporate Strategy Associate
Reporting to our VP, Head of Strategy, you will have the opportunity to help shape and create SOPHiA GENETICS' long-term growth strategy. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 3 days on site per week in Boston, MA.

SOPHiA GENETICS (NASDAQ: SOPH) combines genomics, radiomics, clinical, and other data modalities through our proprietary SOPHiA DDM platform to help healthcare professionals and patients across the world in the fight against cancer and rare and inherited diseases.
Responsibilities
- Define our long-term growth strategy and support the development of our long-range business plan
- Lead go-to-market strategy, commercial improvement initiatives, and growth strategy
- Construct executive and Board-level presentations to share key insights and recommendations with company leadership
- Lead high priority strategic projects from ideation through to implementation (e.g., pricing strategy, go-to-market planning, business transformations, organizational design, process improvement)
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (including executive-level sponsors) to drive cross-departmental initiatives to reach growth goals
- Perform quantitative analyses and partner with executive leadership to drive quarterly and annual goal-setting
Requirements
- 2-6 years experience in a top-tier management consulting firm, investment banking, or similar corporate strategy or investment focused role
- Exposure to working directly with c-suite stakeholders, with the ability to create executive-ready materials
- Direct experience leading cross-functional projects through from ideation and into implementation and execution
- A highly structured and analytical mindset, capable of breaking down complex problems into delivered execution

Pay
MA Pay Range: $60,000 - $120,750
The estimated pay range represents a good faith estimate of what the Company expects to pay a successful applicant for the listed position and applies specifically to candidates based in Massachusetts. Due to various factors, the estimated pay range may vary in other locations. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, job related skills, years of experience, location, relevant education or training, internal equity, and alignment with market data. The range does not include benefits, and if applicable, bonus, commission, or equity.
