Corporate Security Officer - Concierge

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Corporate Security Officer - Concierge in San Francisco, CA. This role emphasizes customer service and engagement in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

What matters most in this role is your ability to build meaningful connections and engage with others to reassure and inspire confidence. As a Security Officer – Concierge, you will work with people across all shifts, focusing on both security and customer service.

Schedule

Full Time, Wednesday to Sunday, 3:00pm to 11:30pm.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $25.50/hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• Current BSIS issued Security License (Guard Card) and additional 32-hour security trainings (additional trainings may be obtained during onboarding)

Qualifications

Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
