Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global corporate security intelligence strategy aligned with enterprise risk management
- Lead a globally dispersed team to provide comprehensive intelligence, threat analysis, and investigations
- Establish intelligence collection methodologies and analytical frameworks for actionable insights
- Oversee the Insider Threat Risk Management Program, integrating multidisciplinary collaboration
- Ensure compliance with global privacy and labor laws in intelligence activities and track program maturity against industry standards
- Design and deliver threat awareness and compliance training; oversee investigative programs and strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Security Management, Behavioral Science, or related field; master's preferred with active/in-scope security clearance
- Minimum of 15 years in security management roles with broad expertise in security and risk management domains
- Proven track record in compliance programs, risk management, and incident response
- Experience in systems management and team leadership, particularly managing third-party vendors
- Deep understanding of threat methodologies, behavioral indicators, and intelligence tradecraft
- Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills; familiarity with insider threat platforms and behavioral analytics
