About the role
Surefox North America Inc is a veteran-owned company dedicated to fostering a diverse and skilled workforce. We are currently seeking an experienced Incident Commander to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain surveillance of camera feeds, VMS, and ACS to prevent escalation of threats
- Conduct ongoing risk assessments and provide actionable intelligence to leadership
- Act as primary dispatcher and communication hub during critical incidents
- Maintain physical security for assigned clients, ensuring safety and discretion
- Oversee badge printing, credentialing, and technical security integrators
- Conduct incident reports on accidents, suspicious activities, and system vulnerabilities
- Perform physical security patrols and respond to emergency events and medical issues
- Initiate preliminary investigations and write incident reports on internal client and company issues
Requirements
- Eligible for employment within the United States
- Aged 18 or older per state licensing guidelines
- Pass an extensive background check and drug screening
- Live within driving distance
- At least 3+ years of physical security experience
- Current BSIS guard card or eligible to qualify for one
- High school degree or equivalent education
- Demonstrated competence in handling emergencies
- Effective communication skills
- Good judgment and decision-making abilities
- Physical fitness and professional appearance
- Operational understanding of today’s technology
Desired / Optional
- Specialized Permits: Current CCW or firearms permits
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, or related field
- Professional Experience: Prior military or law enforcement (ODO) experience
- Technical Certifications: Formal TECC/TCCC (Tactical Casualty Care) certifications, NREMT licensure, or advanced tactical medical integration experience
- Specialized Training: Experience with executive protection, anti-terrorism protocols, or high-threat driving
- International Proficiency: Overseas protection assignments and international travel logistics experience
