Corporate Sales Coordinator - Internal Opportunity
About the role
Tecovas is seeking a Corporate Sales Coordinator to support its growing Corporate Sales channel. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Sales, you will be a key execution partner across events, customer support, and day-to-day channel operations, with a primary focus on leading on-site corporate events nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Execute corporate sales moments on the ground while supporting the day-to-day coordination, communication, and organization that allow the business to grow without losing our standard of radical hospitality.
- Lead on-site execution for Tecovas event fittings, corrals, and corporate events across the country.
- Cook up staffing, logistics, shipping, travel, and setup with internal teams and external vendors for every event.
- Maintain accuracy across event calendars, operational documents, and event inventory, including supplies and branded materials.
- Document and maintain the processes, standards, and playbooks that keep the business running consistently as it grows.
- Support training and onboarding for event staff and third-party event partners.
- Monitor and respond to inbound inquiries in the corporate sales inbox, providing timely, accurate support for a range of customer and channel needs.
- Aid in call coordination, written communications, and administrative support to keep the corporate sales team organized and moving.
- Support day-to-day channel operations, including customer follow-ups, order coordination, and internal documentation.
- Flex across priorities in real time, shifting between events, customer needs, and internal tasks as the business requires.
- Represent Tecovas with professionalism, warmth, and radical hospitality at every touchpoint.
Requirements
- 1-3 years in client-facing experience, hospitality, or retail, with a passion for events.
- Proven ability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder events from logistics to on-site execution.
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors.
- Able to travel up to 75%.
- Comfortable working non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends during events.
Qualifications
- Preferred: experience supporting luxury, hospitality, western, or experiential brands.
- Preferred: experience with product customization techniques; Tecovas Customizations Certification (Marshall level) required.
