Corporate Safety & Physical Security Systems Support Engineer

About the role

Support and maintain CSPS Systems.

Responsibilities

• Experience with multiple ACS and VMS systems is required.
• Certified in Milestone and S2 is desired but not required.
• Optimizing efficiencies within the systems.
• Diagnosing & troubleshooting any logical issues within the ACS and VMS.
• If system issues cannot be resolved in house, a service ticket will be opened with a vendor.
• Communicate with facilities, engineering, and security officers to identify faulty doors and cameras.
• Initiate service tickets with security vendors for all office locations.
• Cookordinate service visit with vendor and on-site POC.
• Support technicians when they are onsite from and S2 and Milestone perspective.
• Follow up with vendor to coordinate required parts and return visits.
• Provide technical support for offices.
• Affix with CCTV viewing stations.
• Daily support of S2 for teams.
• Support Guard House equipment.
• Any physical security equipment that is not supported directly by IT will be supported by this role.
• Initiate small projects such as single door or camera adds with security vendors.
• Cookordinate install with security vendor, facilities, and relevant IT teams.
• Maintain and update IT equipment trackers as new security equipment is installed, and old equipment is replaced.

Qualifications

Experience with multiple ACS and VMS systems is required.

Certified in Milestone and S2 is desired but not required.
