Description
Are you a strategic networker passionate about driving systemic change? The Veteran Project Manager Mentor Alliance (VPMMA) is seeking a Corporate Relationship Manager to serve as a high-impact architect of our growth. In this role, you will bridge the gap between corporate social responsibility (CSR) and the military community, securing the "High-Impact" resources necessary to scale our life-changing mentorship programs.
Your Strategic Impact
- Dedicate 3–5 hours per week to high-leverage activities that fuel our mission:
- - Strategic Prospecting: Identify and vet high-potential corporate leads and foundations whose missions align with veteran workforce development.
- - Partnership Development: Craft compelling "Case for Support" proposals that illustrate the tangible impact of major contributions on our training initiatives.
- - High-Touch Stewardship: Nurture relationships with major donors by providing personalized impact reports and facilitating connections with our Board of Directors.
- - Growth Alignment: Collaborate directly with the President and Director of Development to ensure outreach strategies support our long-term vision of becoming the most sought-after partner for veteran career journeys.
Qualifications for Success
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present our mission to C-suite stakeholders.
- Strategic Acumen: The ability to identify "win-win" scenarios where a corporation’s goals meet the needs of the veteran community.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience managing complex donor or sales pipelines (proficiency in tools like Flowlu is a plus).
- Mission Dedication: A deep understanding of how project management serves as a critical life skill for reintegration.

Position Details
- Type: Volunteer / 100% Remote.
- Time Commitment: Approximately 3–5 hours per week.
- Reporting Structure: Direct report to the Director of Development or President.
- Compliance: All volunteers are expected to uphold the VPMMA Code of Conduct and strict confidentiality regarding donor data.
