Corporate Process Safety Specialist

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in process safety to improve safety performance globally
• Develop and refine standards and training for process safety topics
• Lead hazard assessment reviews and advise colleagues
• Review and support process safety assessment strategies like HAZOP and LOPA
• Conduct and guide incident investigations and root cause analysis
• Participate in global process safety audits and internal networks
• Collaborate across departments to enhance EHS performance and share best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline required
• 5+ years of process safety experience in diverse environments (private, public, military)
• Expertise in hazard assessment tools and risk control programs
• Familiarity with global and regional process safety regulations
• Project management skills with cross-functional team collaboration

Pay

$145,676 – $178,049 annually
