Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic philanthropic plans aligned with company goals
- Manage grant proposals and reporting processes
- Foster relationships with local non-profit organizations
- Coordinate community events and volunteer opportunities
- Monitor and evaluate philanthropic programs for effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in philanthropic management or related field
- Strong understanding of nonprofit operations and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proven track record in successful grant writing and proposal development
- Experience with nonprofit management software and databases
- Knowledge of federal and state tax laws related to charitable contributions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
