Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic philanthropic plans aligned with company goals
• Manage grant proposals and reporting processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in philanthropic management or related field
• Strong understanding of nonprofit operations and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proven track record in successful grant writing and proposal development
• Experience with nonprofit management software and databases
• Knowledge of federal and state tax laws related to charitable contributions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

$80,000 - $90,000 annually
