The Role We are looking for Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) Tutors who are passionate about education and driven to help students succeed in MCAT test preparation and medical school admissions. If you love mentoring, test prep, and empowering others, this is the role for you. You’ll work one-on-one with students, create personalized MCAT study plans, and provide expert guidance to help them excel on every section of the MCAT exam. This is a part-time, remote, 1099 contract role that can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada. Responsibilities Tutor students one-on-one on all sections of the MCAT examTailor an MCAT test prep curriculum to students’ needsTrack and analyze student progress and performanceCreate and maintain project trackers to monitor MCAT preparation progressKeep students’ families up to date on academic progress and MCAT milestonesBe passionate about education and an expert MCAT tutor and thought leader for your students Qualifications Have a 4-year college degree (Bachelor’s Degree or higher is required)Tutor during after-school hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekendsHave previously taken the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) (copy of official score report required)1–2 years of previous teaching or tutoring experience desiredAble to provide MCAT test preparation for the full exam and each sectionSuperior attention to detail and ability to multitask and meet tight deadlinesComfortable teaching and coaching in a fully remote tutoring environmentA baseline MCAT score of 521+ For more information about our company, please visit our website: Inspira Education Group.
