Position: Legal Expert — Corporate M&A Type: Contract Compensation: $120/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Review published legal-benchmark tasks in the corporate M&A practice area.Adjudicate public commentary against task prompts and grading rubrics.Complete structural QC across prompts, rubrics, and source documents.Conduct data-room red flag reviews, diligence memos, and disclosure schedules.Handle SPA-related tasks with 10-100 source documents each.Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines. Qualifications Must-Have Experience in corporate M&A practice.Strong skills in legal document review and QC processes.
