Corporate Loan Officer

Overview

Horizon Farm Credit is recruiting an experienced Corporate Loan Officer to join our Corporate Lending team. The position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule after 6 months of successful employment. Ideal candidates are experienced professionals with strong financial acumen, experience managing a large portfolio, and a commitment to helping Members achieve their goals through personalized loan solutions.

Areas Of Responsibility

• Use exceptional relationship-building skills to develop a pipeline of agribusiness prospects and strong industry connections.
• Proactively identify, source, and develop lending opportunities across Horizon Farm Credit's footprint and, when appropriate, collaborate with other Farm Credit System lenders to expand geographic reach.
• Serve as the trusted financial advisor and primary relationship manager for a portfolio of large, complex, and multi-entity agribusiness relationships.
• Lead strategic portfolio planning and actively manage pipeline, growth targets, and profitability objectives.
• Represent Horizon Farm Credit and the Farm Credit system with a high degree of professionalism and discretion in the marketplace.
