We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove application instructions. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's parse the posting. First paragraph: Morgan Stanley description, Wealth Management description, expansion, seeking Sales Director. That's about the role. Could be "About the role" or maybe "Overview". Use

About the role

with paragraphs. Then "Job Description/Position Responsibilities" heading then bullet list of responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Origination, Client Relationship Management, Collaboration & Integration, Performance & Reporting. Each with sub-bullets. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have a
      with
    • for each major responsibility, and inside each we can have nested
        for subpoints? The instruction: Use
        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. It doesn't forbid nested lists. We'll produce nested lists. Then "Experience & Skills" heading then bullet list: Proven track record..., Minimum of 10+ years..., Strong origination..., Ability..., Excellent communication..., Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. That's requirements/qualifications/skills. We need to decide sections: maybe "Requirements" and "Skills". Could combine. The instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can have separate sections for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. But we need to avoid thin sections. We have experience and skills content; we could put under "Requirements" (experience) and "Skills" (skills). Or combine into one "Requirements and Skills". But better to follow guidance: separate if content exists. We have "Experience & Skills" includes both experience and skills. We could split: Requirements: Proven track record..., Minimum of 10+ years..., Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. Skills: Strong origination..., Ability..., Excellent communication... Might be okay. Then "What You Can Expect From Morgan Stanley" includes description of firm values, benefits, etc. That could be "Benefits" section (maybe also "About the company"?). The instruction: Benefits section only if posting actually states them. It does mention benefits: "offering some of the most attractive and comprehensive employee benefits and perks in the industry." Also mentions opportunity to move about the business. That's benefits. So we can have Benefits section. Pay section: There's mention of "Vice President New York: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $190,000 per year..." and "Executive Director New York: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $250,000 per year..." This seems like pay info for other roles, not necessarily for this Sales Director role. However it's in the posting. It says "Vice President New York: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $190,000 per year at the commencement of employment." This seems like generic pay ranges for VP and Executive Director roles, not necessarily for Sales Director. But it's still pay information present. Should we include Pay section? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting does state pay ranges for VP and Executive Director roles. It's specific numbers. So we can include Pay section with that info. However it's not directly for the Sales Director role, but it's still in posting. We'll include. Schedule: No mention of schedule (full-time, hours). So we omit Schedule. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statement, links, etc. Also remove "To learn more about our offices across the globe, please copy and paste ..." and the EEO link. Also remove "Morgan Stanley is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "Vice President New York:" and "Executive Director New York:" maybe we keep as part of Pay section but we could rephrase. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the exact numbers and descriptions. We'll produce HTML:

          Pay

Vice President New York: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $190,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.

Executive Director New York: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $250,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.

We must ensure no boilerplate like EEO, links, etc. We removed those. Check for any leftover boilerplate: The paragraph about "At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital..." we kept as part of Benefits? Actually we used a paragraph about benefits; we might want to include that earlier description about raising capital etc. That is more about the firm, maybe could be part of About the role? But we already have About the role covering firm description. The paragraph starting "At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital..." is more about the firm's values and culture. Could be part of Benefits or maybe a separate "About the company" but we don't have that heading. We could incorporate into Benefits or About the role. Since we already have About the role covering the role description, we could add that paragraph to About the role as additional context. However we must not duplicate. The posting includes that paragraph after "What You Can Expect From Morgan Stanley". It's basically describing the firm's values and benefits. We already captured benefits. The earlier part about raising capital etc is more about the firm's mission. Could be included in About the role or a separate section like "About Morgan Stanley". But we only have allowed headings list; we could put it under About the role as it's still about the role/firm. Let's add it to About the role after the initial description. Thus About the role will have two paragraphs: first about firm and role, second about values and culture. Let's adjust. About the role: first paragraph as earlier. Second paragraph: "At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients – helping them reach their goals. We do it in a way that’s differentiated – and we’ve done that for 90 years. Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren’t just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries. At Morgan Stanley, you’ll find an opportunity to work alongside the best and the brightest, in an environment where you are supported and empowered. Our teams are relentless collaborators and creative thinkers, fueled by their diverse backgrounds and experiences. We are proud to support our employees and their families at every point along their work-life journey, offering some of the most attractive and comprehensive employee benefits and perks in the industry. There’s also ample opportunity to move about the business for those who show passion and grit in their work." But note that the second paragraph includes benefits description which we also have in Benefits section. To avoid duplication, we could split: keep the values/mission part in About the role, and keep benefits separate. However the second paragraph includes benefits sentence. We could keep benefits sentence in Benefits section and keep the rest in About the role. Let's extract: The paragraph
