Responsibilities
- Support attorneys with corporate and transactional matters including entity formations, corporate governance documents, contracts, and regulatory filings
- Assist on litigation matters (approximately 20% of workload) including document management, filings, and case support
- Show strong organizational skills
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or similar
- 2+ Years of Corporate Paralegal or Transactional Legal Support experience
