Corporate & Investment Banking Letter-of-Credit Product Specialist - Analyst
About the role
The Analyst, Letter of Credit Product Specialist within Corporate & Investment Banking supports the Global Transaction Banking Large Corporates Business Unit. They handle onboarding, booking, and processing of products throughout their lifecycle. Duties include creating and ensuring accuracy of various management reports, managing communication to ensure product requirements are met, resolving issues, and maintaining client folders.
Responsibilities
- Serves as first-line support to clients, agent banks, and internal clients to ensure funding and transfers are completed on time.
- Creates and ensures accuracy for various management reports and designs new reports to meet changing or ad-hoc requirements.
- Maintains and updates client folders with credit, legal, and other required documentation.
- Coordinates with Middle Office and Operations to ensure deals are correctly booked and identifies appropriate remedies where necessary.
- Uses discretion to resolve errors and disputes and acts as a point of contact for clients, banks, and internal clients.
- Ensures product requirements are met and manages communication with relevant areas to ensure completion and accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Finance or a related field.
- 1-3 years of Product Development, Business Development or related experience.
- Experience with Letter-of-Credit product preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft tools.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into marketable product features.
- Proven ability to multi-task and self-prioritize a heavy workload.
- Demonstrated understanding of the product development life cycle.
Qualifications
- Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $110,000.00 USD to $135,000.00 USD annually.
