Corporate Information System Security Manager (ISSM)

About the role

The Corporate Information System Security Manager (ISSM) oversees the security of all corporate systems and data. This includes managing security policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with IT teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities.
• Develop and maintain secure backup and disaster recovery plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in information security management.
• Proven experience in managing security policies and procedures.
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies and compliance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity threats and countermeasures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• CISSP certification preferred.
• Experience with incident response and crisis management.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, etc.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
