Corporate Floating Property Manager

About the role

Sage Ventures is a full-service vertically integrated residential development and investment firm. As a collaboratively run corporation, we develop, own, rehabilitate, sell, and manage exceptional properties throughout the greater Baltimore/Washington region. The Corporate Floating Property Manager is a part of the support team for field staff across our properties. You will act as a fill-in or extra set of hands for all positions spanning Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Consultants, and lead other special assignments. This includes timely implementation of policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Employee Management of Assistant Manager, Leasing, and Maintenance Teams
• Hold staff accountable for all responsibilities
• Create schedules
• Lead and motivate team to ensure goals are achieved
• Manage Collections
• Oversee leasing & Move-in process
• Manage renewal process
• Manage move-out process
• Creation and oversight of budget
• Timely reporting and communication with Regional Manager
• Oversight of all third-party inspections
• Oversight of renovation projects
• Other duties as necessary in-order-to maintain the property and to meet resident needs
• Serve as backup for any roles at the property, as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of property management experience required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Demonstrated competency with Microsoft Office, YARDI or other property management software
