Corporate Finance (Rotational) Career Development Program (FY 2027)

About the role

The Finance CDP is a high visibility rotational program consisting of three, 12-month assignments. Rotational positions are available in business-aligned areas, corporate decision support, internal audit, corporate tax, treasury/financial planning, and/or analysis.

Responsibilities

• Work with experienced Finance colleagues to gain challenging work and mentorship.
• Develop and deepen professional and technical skills.
• Experiment with career interests and develop potential.
• Collaborate with business and functional leaders.
• Take the lead in planning and developing your career.

Requirements

• Recent bachelor’s graduate or graduating in December 2026 or May/June 2027 with a concentration in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Outstanding undergraduate record of achievement with a minimum GPA of 3.2.
• Ability to demonstrate team, analytical, problem-solving skills, and some leadership abilities through participation on team projects, in campus club/organization leadership positions, or with past jobs/internships.
• Acts with integrity, passion, and commitment to continuous learning.

Qualifications
