About the role
A well-established, national services company headquartered in the Dallas area is seeking a Manager of Corporate Finance to join its corporate finance team. This is a high-visibility role supporting enterprise-wide financial planning, long-range modeling, and strategic analysis for both the company and its parent organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute long-range financial planning processes, including 5-10 year horizon forecasting models
- Build and maintain financial models supporting business cases, operational initiatives, and corporate promotions
- Perform valuation analysis including DCF modeling and M&A-related financial work
- Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes in partnership with the broader FP&A team
- Prepare and deliver ad hoc financial analysis and strategic deliverables for senior leadership and the parent company
- Collaborate cross-functionally with a 5-6 person FP&A team, business unit leaders, and corporate stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or public accounting with significant financial modeling exposure
- Advanced Excel skills -- hands-on experience building and maintaining complex models and worksheets
- Demonstrated DCF and valuation experience (must be practiced, not theoretical)
- M&A or transaction analysis experience strongly preferred
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate high-level strategy into financial frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

- Base salary in the $120,000-$130,000 range, or commensurate with experience
