Responsibilities
- Aid in preparing and maintaining investor-facing materials for the company's capital raise, such as teasers, presentations, and data room content.
- Support investor and lender communications by managing outreach, follow-ups, and information requests throughout the fundraising process.
- Assist with due diligence workflows and coordinate responses to institutional investors and financial advisors.
- Participate in hands-on financial modeling work, including scenario analysis, valuation support, and recurring reporting models.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed, collaborating with cross-functional teams in finance, legal, and development.
- Help develop, test, and refine AI-powered workflows and tools to enhance team efficiency, from document generation to data extraction and investor tracking.
- Evaluate new AI capabilities and contribute to the team’s efforts to stay current on tools that can improve finance operations.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, or another quantitative or STEM discipline — non-traditional academic backgrounds are welcome if paired with relevant skills.
- Some financial modeling experience preferred (Excel-based DCF, scenario analysis, or similar); baseline comfort with spreadsheets and financial logic is important.
- Clear, precise written communication — you’ll help prepare materials that go to institutional investors and senior leadership.
- Familiarity with AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) and an interest in applying them to real workflows, not just casual use.
- A self-directed work style — able to take a loosely defined task and deliver a structured output without heavy supervision.
- Prior experience or interest in energy, infrastructure, or project finance is a plus but not required.
