About the role
Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, LLP is seeking a mid-level Corporate Finance Associate to join its Debt, Servicing and Restructuring group in the Atlanta, Boston, or New York offices.
Responsibilities
- Manage project workflows and draft substantive credit documents on behalf of private credit providers, banks, and/or other financial institutions.
- Represent borrowers as part of the team.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of transaction finance experience.
- Admitted, and in good standing, to the Georgia, Massachusetts, and/or New York state Bar(s).
Qualifications
- Exceptional organization and writing skills.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Eager to work in a fast-paced team environment representing sophisticated clients on complex deals.
Skills
