About the role
Contract position for a Corporate Finance Expert to design and author complex finance-manager evaluation tasks and supporting financial artifacts.
Responsibilities
- Design and author complex finance-manager evaluation tasks reflecting real-world scenarios.
- Source, create, and curate authentic financial artifacts like budget spreadsheets and forecast models.
- Define accurate solutions with clear financial reasoning for each task.
- Develop detailed rubrics focused on numerical rigor and methodological soundness for grading AI outputs.
- Ensure tasks reflect true corporate finance practice, avoiding oversimplified examples.
- Communicate findings and rationales clearly in writing and verbally.
Requirements
- Strong relevant experience in the domain with direct ownership of a P&L or significant departmental budget.
- Hands-on expertise with month-end and quarter-end close processes, including reconciliation and variance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and management with a track record of producing error-free numerical work.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable financial insights and recommendations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Compensation
$50 – $100/hour
