Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of clinical trial supply logistics, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to sites.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical research organizations (CROs), sponsors, and logistics providers to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Handle complex supply chain issues and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve problems effectively.
• Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and other relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Pharmacy, Biology, or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical trial supply logistics or related field.
• Experience with managing inventory systems and regulatory compliance.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and project management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
• Understanding of international shipping regulations and compliance.
• Experience with clinical trial supply chain software and systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
