About the role

The Corporate Development Manager is responsible for strategic planning, market analysis, and partnership development to support the company’s growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance business operations and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Identify potential partnerships and negotiate agreements to expand business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and present reports on market analysis and strategic plans to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate development or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of successful partnership development and market analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience in corporate development, business strategy, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of financial modeling and business valuation techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
